Content Rights
Game Night has the rights to the content in Monster Mania 360.
Monster Mania 360 content
Monster Mania 360 is an original game published by Game Night. Game Night represents that it owns or has the licenses needed to use and distribute the game’s name, characters, monsters, stages, artwork, audio, interface, and text on the Apple App Store and Google Play in each country or region where the app is offered.
The app does not offer a place for people to upload or share their own photos, video, music, or other copyrighted material.
Third-party material
The game content is Game Night’s. The app also uses third-party software and services under their own terms:
- Apple and Google platform services, including distribution and in-app purchase
- Google AdMob, to show ads
- Open-source and commercial software libraries used to build and run the game, under the licenses that apply to those libraries
Game Night does not claim ownership of Apple, Google, or other companies’ names or trademarks. Those names are used only to identify the platforms and services the app relies on.
Store declaration
For App Store Connect, under App Information → Content Rights, Game Night confirms it has the necessary rights to the content in Monster Mania 360. The game does not contain, show, or access third-party content that Game Night is not allowed to use.
